My Yearbook Process

01 — Meet your REP

Once you contact us to get started, your own personal rep will be in touch. They are here to guide you every step of the way while looking after quality control, providing industry insights and ensuring all deadlines are met.

02 — Design

Whether you choose to design your yearbook or magazine in-house or engage our design team, executing each page is a very important step of the process. Throughout the design stage, your rep will answer any queries you may have and can point you in the direction of qualified yearbook and magazine designers. If you’ve chosen to engage with our design team we will continue to liaise with the designers to ensure all requirements are met.

03 — Check in

Once the design has been finalised, we check in with you to ensure everything is perfect. You will provide the final sign-off before your yearbook or magazine goes to print. In this meeting we discuss finishing touches like paper, binding methods

04 — On the press

Our highly skilled team offering over 100 years of combined experience in the industry get to printing your yearbook or magazine.

05 — Packed and shipped

After printing your project and ensuring up-most quality has been adhered to, we pack each yearbook with care. Shipment goes directly from our warehouse in the Gold Coast, Australia to you.
